A trading plan is probably the most important element of trading a trader has to have. Of course, not just any trading plan can be used, it should be a good, solid one. You see, trading plans are like a blueprint of your trading. It’s what gives it structure. A kind of order in the midst of the chaos that is trading. What a trading plan does is make sure you are profitable in the long run. Even if it seems things are low, if you stick to the plan, you will eventually break through. Without a plan, you are as good as ruined otherwise.
