I was a bit sceptical at first because I wasnt sure what binaural beats were, but it seems that it works by broadcasting two separate frequencies in each ear by way of stereo headphones. You need to lie down or relax in a comfortable chair in a quiet place. I found though that the music was lovely and relaxing and the whole experience very pleasant.
I felt myself relaxing though even with the sample version so expect pretty effective results from the full versions as you really do go deeper.
